I had an amazing New Year experience in a beautiful countryside location. The pool was fantastic, perfect for cooling down after the hot days. Plus, the staff was welcoming with a great attitude and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel was located near interesting national parks and hiking routes.
The maintenance team fell slightly short on details like cleaning the shower windows and ceilings. It would add value to the guests' experience if the team put more detail in their works.

This hotel's location is amazing. Surrounded by houses, it's close to the national park, and Itatiaia Park is just a short drive away. the grounds are well maintained and the pool area is lovely. the elegant interiors offer many gathering spaces and the breakfast is satisfactory.
The absence of a microwave in good shape is disappointing.

The pool was nice and clean, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day of sightseeing. the game room was also a cool feature, with a pool table and some board games to pass the time. It was conveniently located near the national park, which was great for hiking.
The breakfast wasn't very good, with a very limited selection that left something to be desired. the room was also pretty basic, and the air conditioning didn't work very well.
